     Open Source Software: software projects that allow anyone to add, update, or rewrite features of the program

     Podcast: a program (usually audio, but sometimes video) which is made available on the Internet as a downloadable digitial file 

     Podcaster: a person who creates podcasts

     Podcasting: making or uploading a podcast to the Internet

    Wiki: a web site that allows users to add and update content on the site using their own Internet browser (i.e. Firefox, Internet Explorer) (et. from Hawaian Wiki Wiki meaning 'very quick') 

    Wiki Farm: an Internet site that hosts wikis produced by multiple individuals (e.g. pbWorks)

    WYSIWYG: an acronym meaning What You See Is What You Get; refers to a system (i.e. text editor) in which the content displayed during editing appears very similar to the final output (e.g. pbWorks wiki editor is WYSIWYG)
